Dear St. Paul’s family,
As promised, we are making progress towards reopening the church for in person worship services. Our first service will be on July 5th at 9:30, and will include a farewell to Pastor Dave. It will be followed by a parking lot social at around 10:30.
Our second service will be on July 12 at 9:30, and will be the occasion for Pastor Teklu’s ordination, installation, and welcome. The service will be followed by another parking lot social at around 10:30.
For the rest of the summer, we will continue with a single service at 9:30.
We expect that the special services on July 5 and 12 may attract a large number of attendees. So that we can plan for socially distanced seating and an overflow room if necessary, we ask that you please let us know if you plan to attend either or both of these services. Just send an email to Diane Segelhorst at firstname.lastname@example.org Feel free to also send questions or comments to me.
Attached (see Members Page) are the full notes from the zoom meeting, discussing the guidelines and practices we will be following to keep everyone as safe as possible at church.
Yours in Christ,
Diane Segelhorst for the Reopen Church Committee
